This document consists of President Transue's remarks and finer points on higher education to the House Higher Education Committee. The arrangement between TCC and UW-T transfer students makes up a large part of the discussion. Topics also include transfer in Nursing programs, as well as the National Community College Convention and a new transfer degree in Business. She concludes with closing remarks and some ideas for enhancing the relationship between two year and four year college transfers.
