Scope and Contents
This document consists of President Transue's general Professional Development Day remarks, given during the spring quarter, 2003. Topics include the Second Gulf War, Jessica Schutt - the first Titan Women's basketball coach at TCC, recognition of presentations and publications by TCC faculty, house and senate fiscal operating budget overviews, proposed cuts to the Perkins Loan by the Bush administration, CASA and MECA, and a report on the findings by the consulting firm hired by the college.
