This welcome presentation to the Alumni of the Black Student Union given by President Transue to promote alumni taking an active part in the life of the college.

These paper-clipped documents consist primarily of remarks made to Community and Technical College Counselors. There is an additional City Club of Tacoma Currents brochure containing an article authored by Doctor Transue, attached to the Welcome remarks.

The presentation was primarily focused on the value of continuing ones education and the inherent benefits to be gained from pursuing education.

This document serves primarily as President Transues' commencement outline for the GED Commencement. The date of this document is unclear, though it is thought to be a 1996 or 1997 document.

This introduction for Tacoma Community College employee Irene Hardy was written by President Transue. Irene Hardy served as President Transue's Executive Assistant. Two pages handwritten.

This one-page handwritten document by President Pamela Transue is primarily concerned with topics of discussion at a Student Senate meeting. There are several concise outlines on topics that were discussed at this meeting, including the Capital Vision Plan, several legislative issues, and the subject of creating a welcoming environment for a diverse student community.

This document appears to contain primarily notes and comments for a presentation involving several other college leaders given at a presidential panel meeting. The topic of this paper is "The Twenty-first Century Community College," and the purpose appears to be focused on maintaining flexibility, innovation, and attention to markets to maintain relevancy during the coming transition to the 21st century.

This document appears to be an outline for a question and answer period at the Student Services Conference, held in Wenatchee, Washington on April 22, 1999. It was created by L. Ledesma-Reese and Pamela Transue. The last page contains a third question with no answer.
