Scope and Contents
This document consists primarily of President Transue's remarks made to staff and faculty on professional development day in the spring. It includes printed slides from a presentation connected to President Transue's remarks, given by Alan Waugh. Of particular interest are entries on the subject of the institutional mission at the college, as well as series of outlined goals the college seeks to accomplish going forward into the new millenium. There is also a section dedicated to legislative issues for the 2001 year. Finally, the document is filled with quotes and poems President Transue uses to illustrate her points, and these quotes range from T.S. Eliot to Dr. Suess.
