This folder contains documentation outlining the philosophy and goals that guide the Tacoma Community College Foundation, Inc. A college president's bulletin from Carleton Opgaard, a mailing roster with contact information for other involved parties, and an outline that may have been written by Lilly Warnick on establishing a community-based scholarship program, are available here. Additional handwritten notes can be found throughout.

The file consists of a brochure from the Pleneurethic Society, an administrative memorandum regarding the official unveiling ceremony,a short biopic about the first recipient of the Pleneurethic Scholarship at TCC named Ruthann Austinhurst, a draft program of the unveiling ceremony schedule for October 3, several interoffice correspondences including a handwritten note from Richard to President of TCC Ray Needham, and a resume from the sculptor.
