Contains invitations and programs to commencements from 1970-1979. Contains a short message from the White House and President of the United States Jimmy Carter to the 1977 graduates of Tacoma Community College, with handwritten notations in red ink. A blue envelope titled "Diploma Emergency Kit," a brochure of facts in brief about TCC, and a map of the campus.

Contains plans, communications, and correspondence regarding campus dedication and presidential inauguration ceremonies at Tacoma Community College.

File contains Tacoma Community College Special Bulletin and Presidential Installation program for the installation of Thornton M. Ford as President of Tacoma Community College. The installation took place in the Little Theater Building.

Two copies of the dedication program and a mockup of the building plaque honoring Angelo Giaudrone.

File contains Tacoma Community College Dedication information, by way of 'Project Public Information,' with speaker Richard Gray. Correspondences and one black and white photograph of Richard Gray.
