Notes from the President to the Board of Trustees reports primarily consists reporting on college, local community, and state issues and activities as they relate to the general operations of the institution. Topics include overviews of committee, task force, council, and other gatherings, and can include overviews of budgetary analyses from state agencies, as well as occasional copies of articles or magazines that President Transue felt were relevant to the college and worth including for the board to observe.
