Biographical note
Donald E. Anderson was born in North Dakota on September 15, 1925. He earned a B.S. in Math and a B.S. in engineering at the University of Washington. He earned an MS in engineering at Oregon State, as well as an A.A.S. at Lower Columbia. He attended Cornell, and was a mathematician for Boeing, where he designed a gas turbine.
